Homemade delicacies

A number of local, home-made delicacies are available for purchase at L’anatra felice. These products boast the highest quality local ingredients and are lovingly hand-prepared on-site or in the surrounding villages.

Rice
A local varietal of rice, Vialone Nano, is considered to be the premier variety produced in Italy. This high quality rice is versatile and lends itself beautifully to an array of preparations including the perfect risotto.

Pasta
Handmade tortellini is available in two delicious local varieties: meat or pumpkin filled. Other types of fresh home-made pasta are also available.

Preserves and antipasti
Seasonal jams, vegetable antipasti and mustards are all available.

Homemade Italian salami
At L’anatra felice we are proud to make our own salami in keeping with time-honoured, local traditions. Each January the delicacies are prepared on site using all local ingredients of the highest quality, the proof of which can be sampled at the dinner table
